By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service below: 

 

    1. General terms: 

 

• I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

• Commissions are intended for NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY. The client may not use my commissions to advertise people, businesses or products.

  • The client may not use the commission for profit of any kind (unless stated otherwise). 

• It is the client's responsibility to provide proper references and/or a clear, short description of the character(s) as well as a clear description of what they want. 

• Please be quick to hand over your references. A commissions slot may only be reserved for 24 hours. If I have not heard from you after 24 hours, I reserve the right to give up your slot to the next client. 

• I reserve the right to use the final commission and work-in-progress in my blogs, website, gallery and social media, as well as the right to stream the process online. 

  • If the commission piece is for a gift, I will delay public showcase at the client's request. 

• I reserve the right to artistic freedom. This mean I may alter the hues or colors slightly if I think it will make the composition more pleasing. 

 

    2. Payment

 

• Displayed base prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the character or piece. 

• There will be an extra fee for a rush job. 

• Payment have to be made up front in full before I start working on your piece. Prices are in Canadian Dollar. 

• Payment will be made through Paypal.

2.1 Cancelling and refund

• If the client chose to cancel the commission during the sketching process, there will be a 50% refund of what they paid. 

• If the client chose to cancel the commission during or after the coloring stage, there will be no refund. 

• If I am the one to cancel the commission, there will be a 100% refund. 

 

    3. Process. 

 

• Once I have accepted the commission and the payment have been made, you will be provided 3 to 5 thumbnail sketches from which to chose. 

• You will be sent a wip of the rough sketch for approval. This is your only opportunity to request changes if needed.

• The time for completing your commission may take up to 2 months, depending on factors such as: health, amount of work and order of commissions. You will be notified as soon as possible in the case where I would not be able to finish your commission in time. 

• The final commission will be sent as a PNG in 300dpi. 

 

    4. Customer satisfaction.

 

• Minor changes such as small colouring mistakes may be made after a commission is finished. 

• Mistakes or incorrect details made on my behalf will be changed free of charge. 

  • Any other changes you might want to make after a commission is finished will come with a fee. 

  • If your references were unclear, you will also be charged for any correction you might want to make after the commission is finished. 

• The client may upload the commission to other websites as long as proper credit is given, with a link to one of those: twitter, tumblr, deviantart, wysp or personal website.

  • The client may not upload the commission on any website where they may make profit out of it (unless stated otherwise).
